Open For Business
Small business is important. They help the economy, and ultimately add something unique to each of our communities. Time, money, and energy are some of the most important things for a small business, and they cannot be wasted. There are many resources available to a small business, but this information can be scattered, not sought after, or just not easily accessible. This project took on that problem by bringing together resources for small businesses new and old. Open For Business, is a series of infographic books and digital pdfs aimed at bringing resources to businesses in an easy to access and easy to understand way. Each book contains different topics that can be vital for a small business to learn, or to become more aware of. The first book in this series is based on Customer Relationship Management software. This CRM software helps a business to connect to it’s most vital asset; its customers.
